This site hosts the web-based training for the homeland security risk management program.  This program was designed to provide consistent training on core homeland security risk management topics and enable you to develop knowledge and skills to use risk to shape strategic, operational, and tactical decisions.

If this is your initial visit, you must first register by clicking on the “First time user?” link to complete the registration form and receive access to the web-based training.  If you are a returning user, simply login with the user name and password you created during your registration.

You must complete the pre-test before reviewing the main course.  Additionally, you must review all of the main course material before taking the post-test.

Please pay particular attention to the navigation instructions that are presented at the beginning of each course.  The HELP feature is always available and provides navigation instructions should you need assistance.

The courses are designed to work with Internet Explorer 6 and 7, and Firefox.  Adobe Flash 8.0 Plug-in and Acrobat Reader 8 are also required to view the course material.
